I got these musical spoons for our singer to play around with during non-vocal parts of our songs. EVERYONE in the band loves playing around with them, though, because they're just so simple and straight-forward. It's really easy to play along with the rhythm and just have some fun with these little guys.

My wooden spoons sound like clopping horse hooves compared to these.Ever since grade school, I was the kid at birthday parties that ended up entertaining my peers by playing an older sibling's dusty guitar, a harmonica I happened to have in my pocket, or a real pair of spoons to slap on my thigh.I saw these polycarbonate (for those of you who want to be in the know, polycarbonate is also known as Lexan Glass, and is extremely durable and difficult to break) with well-shaped acoustical "Spoon" cups. These are AWESOME! They vary in timbre with just a slight change in angle. They are bright and CRISP with a quick decay - if you're good at Gliding, you can go super-fast with these, both up and down.Overall, the sounds these can produce is amazing compared to Wooden musical spoons. It is a greater accompaniment to anything Bluegrass or even Country Music.Plus, these even come with a QR code for a quick and easy lesson.Get these just for fun! I look forward to sitting on the front stoop in the warm spring and summer nights entertaining/annoying my neighbors with these too!

Never used these before, which is why I ordered them. They are tricker than you'd think. Your first impression if you've never heard of or used these would be "oh so I just click them together" and it's a bit more complicated than that. You get more command over the instrument by kind of "flicking it" between your rigid fingers, which lets you do more than clack them together. There exists a few videos on Youtube that had me getting more complex sound out of them, and for that I'm excited to incorporate them into music making.

I recently purchased this Hand Percussion Instrument, and it’s been a joyful addition to my music collection! The crystal clear design is not only visually stunning but also provides a bright, resonant sound that enhances my performances.Made with durable polycarbonate, it feels sturdy and well-constructed. The instrument is lightweight and easy to handle, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced musicians alike.Whether I'm using it for casual jamming or more serious musical projects, it brings a unique touch to my sound. If you're looking for a beautiful and high-quality percussion instrument, I highly recommend this one!

I was skeptical of this, since I've gotten wooden musical spoons from Amazon before and they literally didn't work and I couldn't return them... But I was pleasantly surprised when these got here! They're polycarbonate, so they feel fairly durable. Bigger than I expected (the wood spoons were MUCH smaller), and the big size is definitely a good thing! Easy to use, nice "poppy" sound, and MUCH kinder to my skin and clothes than my metal spoons (literally a pair of big soup spoons that I rescued when a local restaurant shut down, and in which my partner drilled holes through the handles so I could put them on a tether cord). I do a lot of body rolls and hand flips when I play spoons, which has left me with lots of "bites", bruises, etc from my metal spoons. These polycarbonate ones will take a little practice to get used to the different technique due to size, thickness, and geometry, but OH WOW am unhappy to have a less-bitey pair of spoons to play with (as well as my "traditional" spoons, I'm not going to stop playing those either even if they do like to bite LOL)!

These spoons are to not very usable. They are way too stiff. They do have a nice sound but are made of a super hard material that is not easily played. I would not recommend these. I may use them for getting some samples but would not play them.

Just as pictured acrylic/plastic musical spoon set. Make a good sound quite easily - not too stiff for use right out the box and the box is gift presentable if you know what I mean. It's got some cute text on it. Very nice addition to our musical instrument collection.

As far as these spoons i can tell they are made of a decent material, seam real sturdy and very clacky and pop sounding. A great tool for building technique at a quieter level or in the house for practice with hands and the box they came in is also a very nice box to store them in.
