Have used them several times and don’t even need to put cooking spray on them. I found that if I warm the tortilla in the microwave for about 10 seconds, it will be more pliable and easier to shape into the mild. Bake for 10 minutes to get crispy. Great little taco bowl.

This works perfectly if you use the large, burrito size flour tortilla. Spray or brush the tortilla lightly with oil inside and out before baking. Don’t overdo it or the oil will puddle in the bottom. I used the convection setting (air fryer) in my oven… 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until light brown. Keep checking to ensure a light crisp. Otherwise, they’ll get too hard. I like that you can also use the container to serve with.

I didn’t even have to warm up the flour tortillas first. They were perfect after 10 minutes in the oven and the non-stick pans were a bonus.

We have a different version of these and ordered two sets for our sons for Christmas. Price was okay and they arrived in time and in good condition but two things were annoying. One - these arrived as 8 molds, loose in a plastic shipping bag. I get that they are metal but it would have been nice of these were put four in a box and then repackaged. So, are they giftable? Maybe. If you repackage into something else. Which brings me to two - there are no instructions on how to use. We have a set, so we know how to use the to bake tortillas into salad bowls, but our sons don't. And they were not packaged as a set and did not include instructions (as simple as they are). Are they okay? Yes. Was I disappointed? Also yes.
