This is good quality string trimmer line. I need to rewind my spool of line a couple of times while trimming all of the areas around our property so I opted for the big spool that will last a while. It is easy to install on my trimmer and the square corners on the line to make it effective for trimming even tough weeds. I cut a notch in the cardboard box as a dispenser to hold the spool. This makes it really easy to pull out just the amount of line that I need.

I live on five acres of grassy terrain in a fire-prone area. It's really important to keep grass and other light fuels at a minimum in the summertime. Consequently, I use a string trimmer all summer long. This trimmer line is very long, lasting and durable. I like the convenience of having so much line on one spool. I will definitely re-order.

I found out that my hand-held trimmer head (Craftsman, 4-stroke gas) would accept line that was 0.130" thick, and this product has made my trimming life a whole lot easier. This line is THICK and TOUGH on weeds and lasts through my entire lawn session without having to replace it. I'm also saving some gasoline because I don't have to run at full bore to trim most weeds. If your trimer head has a blade to cut the line, I would recommend measuring the line and cutting it slightly shorter than the cutter blade. This line is so strong, it might actually damage the blade before it cuts it. I definitely recommend this trimmer line if your trimmer head will handle it!

I had mixed feelings about this . Had to widen hole to fit where you hook in too spool but that didn’t hurt anything . Seemed to wear quicker but cut better . Finnaly decided I liked it . Yea I liked this string ! Good value and gets the job done .

Better than the round string. Wear gloves when winding on the "bobbins" because the square edge is rough on the skin. Lasts much longer than the round blue string that comes with prewound bobbins.
