No parecen tan chiquitos en las fotos, están bajitos también… Tengo una reposterÃa y ese tamaño no sirve… o tendrÃan que estar más chiquitos para cócteles o más grandes para vender en reposterÃa. Decepcionada totalmente ! Perdà 40$ y no los puedo devolver desde donde vivo…

I've really enjoyed making individual tarts with these. If you put them in the oven make sure to put something in them to make them a bit non stick... regardless of the recipe I've found this to be key with these pans. I do however cook/bake only gluten free so that may/may not have something to do with it. The tamper is definitely handy for evenness.

These tart pans are made of carbon steel. They look very cute and can be used for baking different mini sized treats. Each one features a removable bottom. I feel like they would be even more versatile if they were a bit bigger in size. They are a little too small to make certain things in them. I like how this set even includes a nice quality tamper that it made entirely out of wood. This set is a little bit expensive, but given that the tart pans are made of carbon steel it is understandable.

For someone who has been so used to making do or not being able to try recipes because of not having tools or ingredients, I love finding items like this. I have never made proper tarts before and now I can without having to worry about getting them out of dollar store molds or how to hold them up. The tamper gives precision and the set leaves me on cloud 9 scouring recipes.
