As you can see I put these on my new Perception Outlaw 11.5 … I also didn’t buy a yak stick I went out and bought an 8’ Oak pole I believe it’s an 1â€5/8 thick and it fits like a glove in these holders!!! The holders are Great !!! No wobble… very stable … And for the money you CANT GO WRONG 😎

These are really good came loose sometimes , just have to tighten it real quick, but other than that, they were great to hold my paddle on the side of my kayak

I ordered a pair of these paddle holders and a pair of the YakAttack paddle holders for 12.00 more - I Cannot See Any Difference - They look and work exactly the same - other then an extra 12.00 I see no difference. I already ordered 2 more pair of these and will return the YakAttack ones.

On the Ascend 10' sit on top these come off easily because the base bracket is just not wide enough. If secure those these hold the paddle very well.

I've tried the sleeve style [like a broom stick holder) and the bungee-cord style paddle holders on my kayak and both were less than impressive. The sleeve style never quite fit the diameter of the paddle and I had to fight to get the holder to release the paddle...in one instance breaking the holder. The bungee style was simple, but never held the paddle firmly enough nor aligned/balanced easily. I saw this style and figured, at this price, i'd give it a try.What a difference! I should've gone this route in the first place. The grooved rollers help hold the paddle securely while still allowing for an easy removal. Even better, because of the T-slot mounting style, I can remove them in a matter of seconds when storing the kayak.It is well made, affordable and a great addition to my kayak...I'll be buying another set for my wife's.
