we have a farm a feral hogs that just destroy our property. my husband has convinced me to hog hunt with him (i love alllll animals so this isn't my fav thing to do) went with him and these blocked the loud sound of gunfire but yet i was also able to hear him whisper to me. they fit my head tight but not painful. didn't rip any of my long hair out. and i like them so much i bought a 2nd pair for people who visit and want to hunt these beasts!

I can't write a professional review on these protection cans... I don't know enough on the subject, but we used em at the local indoor range and they were fine. I'm sure there's better ones, or models that fit specific needs... the radio ones might be neat, but for the price, these served our purpose.

I’m somewhat satisfied with the quality of these ear protectors, but the performance is not nearly as good as that of premium products I've used in the past. Overall construction quality is adequate for the price and they fold easily into a compact form factor so they’re easy to store and transport. Small storage bags are included.My biggest complaint is the ear closure and poor noise isolation. Even when completely sealed against the side of your face, with your ears totally enclosed, you can still detect a lot of background noise, though to be fair loud noises like muzzle blast are significantly reduced. For the price, these will get the job done, but serious shooters may want to look for a more robust product.

Terrible product, I bought it because I have severe adhd and enjoy reading. I hear absolutely every bit of noise even the smallest of them like turning the page in my book. I can Cleary hear conversations in the next room never-ending in the same room... I'm not sure how these would be effective at all for target range... I hunt and shoot guns a d would never trust these to protect my ears. For anyone reading this message.... TRUST ME DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
