Step 1
Align the positioning flange with original factory nut and press it down by hand.
Step 2
Rotate the belt tool to tighten the screw
head and original factory nut.
Step 3
Lift up the handle 90° to press the belt pulley. and then you can easily remove old drive belt and replace it with new one.

I wanted something quicker and easier to change the belt on my Can Am X3 and Defender. I have not used out in the field with a broken belt but I did a trial run in the garage. I replaced a perfectly good belt based on time and mileage. This tool sped up the job. I do wish the tool was a little higher quality. Threads do not seem to be highly precise and may wear faster than they should. I am hoping it performs flawlessly in an emergency out on the trail.

I never knew I needed this tool until I really needed it. This makes a belt change super simple and straight forward.

This tool fits perfectly and works as described letting you change your belt in minuets and get back to riding. If you have a 64in machine the end of the tool just barley touches the tire but the tool can still fully extend. I have not had any problems with mine.

A lot easier to use then the stock tool. This tool not only looks great but works as a multi tool. Good deal for the $$ and saved alot of people stuck
