This is the perfect size grill for a family of five! It was easy to assemble; the packaging was superb - nothing was dented, scratched, missing (even though the UPS guy kind of dropped it). And how about how good it looks?! The pedestal style base and fold-down side shelves make it so compact to cover and store. It's so easy to replace the propane tank in the back because of the good-sized, sturdy wheels.I think the price was very fair and comparable to other 3-burner grills, and we've always trusted the Kenmore name. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I have to be honest... I bought this grill because it has a pretty face... it has all the specs too. I converted it to Natural Gas because I already had the hookup available... light the 3 burners on High and close the lid and this grill will get to 600 degrees in a little over 5 minutes! This grill is a beast for smaller spaces. It took a couple of hours to assemble, but it all went together very smoothly. I highly recommend this grill.

I bought it to replace another product that I had to return for being a total crap. This one works well and looks nice. I hope it lasts a decent amount of time. Out of the box, there were a few dents, which I decided to overlook. Assembly was easy, but the screw in one side of the handle did not tighten so I had to improvise. Not ideal, but did the trick. One of the burners is a little tricky to start, but it eventually does. Overall, not a perfect grill but so far I consider it a good purchase, especially having seen (and returned) some of the options out there.

I spent years buying value brand gas grills from the big box hardware stores. I'd need to replace these grill anualy or after 2 years at most. So really, they wern't a bargain. Then one year I invested in a Weber and it lasted over 11 years. I don't know if there's another grill that can match the Weber for durability, However I think the prices for Weber are over inflated these day ( I know, What isn't). So looking for something with better quality than the value brands, I came accross this Kenmore grill and I have to say I'm not missing my Weber. While I'm sure it won't last as long as my old Weber, It feels well build and the materials durable. No cabinet underneath, but I never wanted one. What would I leave in it? utensils or seasonings with the bugs outside :-( no I don't need a cabinet, the space in the back of this Kenmore is perfect for the tank and that's all I need. The hooks on the side are a nice convience to hang cooking tools. I love that the sides fold down taking less space on my deck when not in use, and I have to say this thing performs. It gets hot, very hot quickly. Great for Charing and it will reduce easily with a few turns of the knobs. Performs better than my old Weber! Longevity is wait and see, but if this Kenmore Grill performs the way it is now, for 3 or 4 years, I'll be very happy!

Very nice looking pit! Metal feels substantial and it heats up so much better than my old Weber. It took me about an hour to put together. I needed a little help putting the grill top on the base, because I was heavy. The grills are cast iron. I recommend using a grill cover that covers almost to the ground. I didn't and had rain inside the base. Now I know to quickly tilt the water out after rain.

After surviving 2 years in South Florida, here's the lowdown on the grill:On the positive side:Still a good looking grill although some small rust spots are appearing on the teal base in the seams. The grill is under a covered section of the patio, but we have had some heavy, wind-drive rain that has managed to find it a few times, and it is forever exposed to highlevels of humidity.Still lights easily and cooks well, which is a huge plusOn the negative side:This model does not have a slide out grease drip tray. It's screwed into place, and I have no idea how to replace it as the manual is not available online (have to go digging for the one it came with). The part is not available on the Kenmore website either. I'm sure if I call, they'd come up with something, but calling these days is a pain in a busy schedule. To clean, I take a burger turner to scrap off as grease and debris as possible and then use a ton of paper towels to scoop it up and wipe down (and a small trash bag to deposit the mess). As others have mentioned, the drip basket is not easy to remove--especially if you are a less agile senior person like myself. I have to sit on a small stool to see what I'm doing. In the end, the performance of this attractive grill is the best of any grill we've had, but it is difficult to clean the grease tray and cup. On the Kenmore site, it appears the latest model has a tray that slides out.
