Cobalt steel tools are similar to high-speed steel, but with more cobalt for improved performance when cutting harder metals such as stainless steel or nickel alloys. Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. Minimal to no chatter in a hand drill to deburr holes. Only used on aluminum beams so far, but has held up well.

OK for wood, aluminum & plastics. Not so much for ANY ferrous materials. I'll keep it, but you should really look for something else if you're going to be deburring or countersinking any steel.

Excellent stable reamer are doing counter sinks and deburring pipe id for fabbing spacers, or making on the fly hydraulic ftgs

I have no idea how well this works but the image does not match the product I received.I've tried the fluted (Amazon's image) countersinks that seem to leave a much better finish whereas the more angular, straight (my product), countersinks leave a rougher finish and don't cut as smoothly.I'll update after I try this but until then..... did not get what I order and would not have ordered this.False advertising.
