Countersunk 566 3/4" holes in mild steel. Last one cut as smoothly and effortlessly as the first.

I did 150 full depth countersinks and the last was as easy as the first, slugger powered it with ease with minimal cutting fluid

Shank is too big for the chuck. Can’t use it

it worked very well and sharp, mounted on Mag drill with minimal vibration and cut quality is very good and smooth too, highly recommended.

I turned shank down to 1/2 so it would fit into cordless drill for deburing holes

Cuts well if you have a Chuck that's big enough to accept it!

It's a hefty, solid countersink with good clean edges, but Accusize needs to work on their product descriptions if they want more traffic. What's the angle or ratio of this countersink? This is crucial information. What machine is it compatible with? The description says "Rota-Cutter" but that's not a brand name I'm familiar with. Did they mean Rotacut? What is the main purpose of this countersink? (besides the obvious) It it for screws, lathes, rivets...?More information is needed to convince people to buy this one, instead of sticking to their McMaster-Carr orders.Comes in a protective dense plastic case, with nothing else.
