If you have the room around a knob that feels a bit cheap, this is a fun upgrade to some synths or specifically my kaossilator pro, i didn't like the plastic chrome dials and this kinda upgrades the look a bit, just need to find a better pot slider and it'll feel much nicer to use.Fits all standard pots as far as i'm aware and has a nice flush fit which was necessary in my application, which is why i ended up buying this weird replacement instead of something from the music section. They do feel a bit loose on their own, there's no clip to dig out of the old knobs but since it lays on a table they aren't going anywhere fast.

I have a 2010 Tahoe, I’m assuming the knob got knocked off from a flying bookbag or a kid kicking it off. It fit perfectly. Looks exactly the same as the other. The price was absolutely unbeatable.

Overall pretty good fit. One of the nobs does seem to fall off as the other side stays put with no issues. I always grab it from the floor and put it back. Works pretty well. For the price quality is expected. Would purchase again.

At first glance, these replacement REAR audio control knobs are near identical in appearance to the factory knobs in our 2007 GMC Acadia. When placed side-by-side and examined closely, the differences in material and build quality is apparent.Anyone who has ever fiddled with car stereos will instantly recognize the retention system used to keep these knobs in place. There is a spring metal insert that is shaped like a capital 'D'. This insert goes into a corresponding D shaped hole in the back of the knob and then installs on the stereo or control shaft. The factory inserts are of high quality. Over time the plastic knob will crack and not be able to retain its hold on the insert allowing it to fall off (and often go missing, small fingers). The metal inserts in this replacement knob set is not spring steel but mild steel. They are poorly made and do not have a crisp D shape with sharp corners. For this reason the knobs install effortlessly but immediately fall right back off. If you can locate your factory spring steel inserts (often still on shaft) and can reuse them, you will be much better off. In my case I had one, but the other was MIA. I was able to remove the mild steel insert from the back of the replacement knobs, which was very difficult, reshape them using a variety of needle nose pliers, and eventually get them installed. Hint, after reshaping the insert so it will stay in place on the shaft, install it only half way into the back of the knob, then get it started on the shaft and push it in the rest of the way.One reviewer mentioned using epoxy to retain the knobs in place. To each their own, but please, do not glue the knobs in place. It is asking for trouble. This was another 'cheap' fix that should take seconds but turned into 15+ minutes of frustration and problem solving. Products should not require the buyer to rework them in order for them to do the job they are intended for. I would not hit up a drive-thru for a burger and fries, then go home and finish cooking them. Liberal application of choice words do not really help and should be avoided if young ears are nearby. If these replacement knobs fail prematurely, I will update this review.
