245 No-Clean Flux Solder will create visually acceptable assemblies without the need and expense of cleaning. Solderability and efficiency are comparable to that of mildly activated rosin flux (RMA). Residues are non-corrosive, non-conductive and do not require removal in most applications.

Nice, large one-pound spool of thin, rosin-core, traditional lead-tin-alloy solder. This traditional alloy melts at a lower temperature than the newer lead-free solders and so is easier to use, which can make it easier to solder sensitive components and equipment without damaging them (lower temp, less heat).Kester is a well known and regarded name brand that has been around for a long time. Excellent choice for general soldering.

World's best solder. Don't buy the random brands, this stuff is the best! I use it heavily for repairing vintage tube amplifiers. Flows great, sticks wonderfully.

600F and it's perfectly flowing, not super smokey, and cools nice and shiny. Couldn't ask for better solder. I won't settle for less again.

Product was as described. Tested it out by tinning some pins on an HDMI port and PS5 motherboard. Worked like a charm. Was using Multicore Solder and I'd say this is similar in quality. Highly recommend!

I am learning to build FPV Quads. Been using solder from other makers. Small spools. That solder is trash in comparison. I am new to soldering and this solder makes a big difference. I could actually make the xt60 connections to the ESC work and look pretty good. All the motor solders look professional now. The flow and pooling is great. 1lb of solder will last a very long time. Only thing was the shipping. It took a bit longer than expected.

In general I like working with this solder; but it does tend to collect, or 'glob up' on the end of my soldering iron. It's very 'sticky'. But it melts easier than the lead free stuff. I guess you should make sure you're in a well ventilated area when using this stuff, I don't think breathing in the lead solder fumes can be good for you. I'm using it mostly for arduino, raspberry pi, embedded programming type circuits. Haven't tried it w/ any SMD components yet. It will take me a long time to go through all of this solder, you get a good amount for your $. I'd buy it again and look forward to practicing more with it.

For some good quality solder buy kester. Perfect mix of metals.
