All kettlebells display their weight in kilograms and pounds so you always know which weight you are working with in either measurement.
No Welded Rod
Our kettlebells never contain rods in the middle of 'unfilled' kettlebells that are known to distract lifts and vibrate with impact.

Each weight 4 to 36 kilograms has an individual mold cast precisely to the correct weight and contains no fillers, except for kettlebells 40kg and above.

This thing is fantastic! I take it with me everywhere because I'm constantly on the road! I actually stop every few hours when I'm driving to get some swings in to loosen up my hips and get my glutes and trunk firing off after extended periods of sitting. I love that it's adjustable, and its way tougher than I anticipated! My only complaint is price, but honestly? You can't beat it. I've never used a "real" competition bell, or at least a non-adjustable one. I came straight from RKC style kettlebells and boy am I glad I did! The handle is superb, and is easy on the hand during snatches, unlike my rough powder coated kettlebells... I fully intend on buying a second one of these one day to do 2 handed stuff. It does include the tools needed.

You can't really go wrong with one of these things if you are planning to take kettlebell work seriously. You can get years of programming with this range of weights. Changing the weights is slightly annoying, but it is worth it for the overall value (no need to buy lots of separate bells) and space-saving economy. I will say that the Bells of Steel version is a newer mold that is very similar to this, but just a bit nicer quality and better customer service than Kettlebell Kings.

Bought this adjustable competition kettlebell and love it! It can be utilized for kg weights up to 32kg! It is extremely well built and seems incredibly durable! Saves space and gives a lot more options for training with different weights! I would like to get another at some point!

kettlebell looks solid, but it did not come with tools to open and change the weights and the only option is to return the whole thing. if anyone knows the size for the tools lmk

This is one of the best adjustable kettlebell's I have had. It's very convenient to have to conserve space and is top quality. I can take it on the road wherever I go.

In a vacuum and individually, I am very happy with the product. However, I purchased two, at the same time, and they clearly came from two different production lines, as the interiors have slightly different builds. I don't think they feel any different when it comes to balance, weight, or anything, but it messes with my OCD to know that they aren't perfectly identical, which was the reason for me to purchase two at the same time in the first place.

Solid construction. No missing parts. If you are on a budget and want one kettlebell to work out with get this item. Comfortable grip and size makes for easy use.Changing weights takes a little while to secure everything properly but I do not need to jump between weighs mid workout so its no issue for me.Great product and saves me a couple hundred £ from buying each weight individually.

Used mainly while travelling, they are perfectly balanced competition kettle bells, purchasing these you will save money , space and time. Plus they feel great to use 10/10

Really good product, sturdy, robust and feels secure. Ideal for a home gym, or as the home gym! It’s a little fiddly to adjust, which can be a pain and which is why I rated 4 stars rather than 5 but it’s a minor inconvenience considering how much money this saves compared to buying this as a kettlebell set. If you live in an apartment, or just don’t want to go to a commercial gym it’s brilliant as it’s so space saving.The weight goes from 12-32kg in various increments, I labelled the bottom of each plate with a sharpie so I can easily see the total weight and it makes it easier when adjusting between sets.Having the size consistent from smaller to larger weights means progressive overload is much easier as it eliminates a variable in the size of the bell, and it makes handling the lower weights more comfortable.Overall it’s great value for money, and will save you money in the long run over a gym membership!

The kettlebell is useable but I had an issue with the order that was never resolved by the seller.Fobbed off multiple times until they simply stop responding.Spend your money elsewhere with a reputable seller
