This is a great coffee maker. It fills automatically and takes only a half minute for the water to get hot. I bought it for home and can have coffee quickly anytime of the day.

Upon receiving the Keurig K3500 Commercial Brewer, the initial impression was a mix of satisfaction and concern. The machine itself arrived in perfect condition, showcasing the brand's commitment to delivering their products safely. However, the extensive use of Styrofoam and non-sustainable packaging materials was a disappointment. In an era where environmental consciousness is key, I hope future packaging will reflect more sustainable practices.Setting up the K3500 was remarkably straightforward, a notable plus for any commercial machine. Its appearance, while a bit on the boxy side and quite large at 19"d x 12w x 17.5h (add 2" for the additional depth with optional filter). It is compensated by a bright, user-friendly display panel. That said, the touch sensitivity of the display could be more responsive, but, very nice screen and simple to use.We opted to install an additional filter at the back of the machine, this is an optional item. A word of caution: some plumbing attachments are sensitive to bending or pressure on the water lines, which can lead to minor dripping. Strategic placement of the water lines or eliminating stress on the lines is essential to avoid any plumbing issues.The machine's functionality is straightforward and efficient. The separation of used pods into a designated basket is a thoughtful feature, and the ease of removing this basket adds to the convenience. The versatility in accommodating different sizes of vessels, from the YETI® RAMBLER® 30 oz tumbler fitting perfectly to smaller cups using the flip-down platform, is commendable.However, the design of the hot water cycle is a bit puzzling. The water does not dispense directly downwards, requiring the mug to be positioned off-center to the back and right for proper filling. This quirk might be confusing or messy for first-time users.The build of the K3500, predominantly plastic, contributes to a noisy operation. The machine vibrates loudly while pulling water and brewing, which detracts from the overall experience and raises questions about its long-term durability and quality. It is quite noisy with significant vibration.On a positive note, the addition of a 'strong brew' function is a welcome feature, and the machine's basic functions are generally effective and user-friendly. Despite the issues with noise, vibration, and a somewhat cheaper feel, the K3500 performs adequately for its intended use.In conclusion, the Keurig K3500 Commercial Brewer strikes a balance between practical functionality and areas needing improvement. Its ease of use and brew options are pluses, but the environmental impact of its packaging, the build quality, and operational noise are aspects that could be enhanced for a better overall experience.

I purchased 2 of these coffeemakers for our Office kitchen to replace older rentals. Saved us a lot of money ending our contract with the coffee service now that we own the coffeemakers. One of them seems to not work all of the time and had to unplug to reset but overall for the amount of usage they both receive, they are working great.Would recommend them if you need one or two for a large office.
