I was skeptical at first when I bought this. I have a 2018 silverado lt with the remote start and auto windows down. I had one remote fob for the truck that recently started not working. Bought this and another 2 fobs. It took less then a minute to program all 4 keys(3 new off brand &1 original). Well worththe money. The remote start and auto window roll down worked on all 4 key fobs. Worked well for my tryck. Well worth the money. I will Update if they stop working.

They feel tough, they definitely have some weight them. Had them programmed to my truck in less time than it took to open the box.You don’t have to take them to a dealership to get it programmed.

It's unclear in the description as to whether or not these can be self programmed. You have to go to a website only to find out you can't. Had to pay a locksmith to program them. Relatively cheap $35 each fob. Dealer wanted $800. So fare 3 months later no issues.

These fobs arrived a day early. They are very well constructed and there is no pitting or flaking of the chrome parts. The buttons are not stiff and feel just like the original. The range for lock/unlock and remote starting is over 100 feet. I bought these for a 2014 Silverado because the dealer only gave me one key. I did have to take them to a locksmith to program, as my OTC Encore scan tool doesn't include the GM software (everything but GM). I also bought two chipped keys. The locksmith charged me $70.00 to cut two keys and program two keys and 2 fobs! What a deal!! Total I spent was the $70.00 plus $11 for each key and $15 for each fob. Grand total for two sets of programmed keys with fobs = $122.00. Dealer wanted $190.00 per set. I also bought a set for my daughter's Equinox that I can program myself. They are exactly like her originals that wore out. I am very pleased with this purchase!!!

First of all you have to fully read the item description to know if these will work for you. The description says at the very bottom you must take to a dealer or locksmith. Just took to my dealer I’ve been using for over 15 years and they got both programmed in about 15 minutes. Plus the added bonus was they only charged me $49.95 to do both of them. All of the buttons work perfectly. Will update in a week or two. And who cares if they have the chevy emblem on them or not. If you do care then go pay the dealer $140 each. That should be enough to make you change your mind about whether it has it or not.

I recently purchased these key fobs for my truck, and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use. However, it's important to note that in order to set them up for (2016 GMC Sierra) , you'll need to invest in a programmer.The programming process is straightforward, but it's essential so be aware that you'll require a separate programmer to synchronize the key fobs with your truck's system. I opted to purchase the necessary programmer separately, and I found a great deal on Amazon for around $100. While this additional expense might seem inconvenient at first, the dealer charges the same per key fob.

Put one on my truck and the other on my daughters GMC. Has to be matched through the computer and locksmith made me sign a waiver as I didn't buy from him. Works great first time out and same on the other truck, no issues. Fast shipping and packed well.

Purchased these for my 2017 GMC Sierra. Upon arrival I went to have them programmed and the technician was unable to program. Stated that they were not for a 2017 Sierra. Amazon was great and refunded money
