This lock box is very easy to operate, the front keypad is not hinged to the key lock box body when opened, you also can take off the keypad and reset your own code.
The "CLEAR" black button on the front keypad is to clear the wrong codes input. Please ensure to slide this button down before input code, and then open or close the box, keep the code arrow vertical to prevent getting stuck.

This key lock box is easy to install, as it comes with screws to mount it. There is a rubber cover that fits over it to keep water out, with one end of the cover tightly bound to the lock box so that it does not get lost. When the box is opened, there is a small clasp on the inside cover where the key can be attached. One vendor we use commented to us that it was the best lock box he had ever seen, as the buttons are easy to depress to unlock it. While understandable, the only negative we see is that the code must be entered again in order to re-attach the cover to the lock box after you are finished using the key. This is really a very minor inconvenience and again, understandable.

This is a great little lock box. Easy installation and it's easy enough to set your combo. Holds a couple of keys with no problem. The water/dust cover that comes with it is awesome!

This is easy to install and secures the key properly. The only complaint would be the material being used, it does not feel super sturdy, so if something hits or falls on it, the item may crack. Otherwise, it works fine.

This lockbox works well, is pretty strong, and has a cover to keep it in good condition (and more hidden) when used outside. The code must be at least 4 numbers, and one thing to note: when you set your code, you can’t use the same number twice, and to open the box, you could enter the numbers in any order, since it’s just a toggle switch for each number. Very helpful when someone forgets their keys or you have to ask a friend to put a package in your house when you are away.

I finally got tired hiding keys just anywhere. I installed it so that I can finally hide the keys and secure as well. The lockbox location is much easier to find but it probably be hard to break open. That's a risk I can live with. They can break a door much faster than they can break the lock box.

Set-up and installation are easy. Rubber cover allows for placing in areas that may be a bit damp. Use is easy. My only issue is the door is a wee bit on the loose side so it wiggles a bit. However, it is still quite secure. Like how one can set-up a 10-digit code if wanted.

This is too difficut to use. It's hard to get the face plate back on after unlocking. This won't be easy for guests and I don't want to deal with problems upon arrival. I have to return this product

I purchased this to secure a key for a package pickup receptical I have for clients. Easy to set. Buttons not too easy to depress. The locking mechanism should be attached to the base of the product. It is not tooveasyvto replace if you are holding something in your other hand. Some clients will need a lesson on how to operate. This was supposed to make things easier not more difficult. Not for people with dexterity problems or bad vision.

La caja es sólida, sin embargo la tapa no tiene bisagra por lo que se complica la operación a una mano, también algo importante es que no puedes poner números repetidos en ña combinación por ejemplo no pudes poner 4411 todos los números deben ser diferentes, otra desventaja es que si pones 1234 de combinación funciona con 4321, 3214, 2314 etc osea el orden de los números no importa la caja abrirá lo que reduce la seguridad bastante, tal vez no la comprarÃa otra vez pero esta hecha de materiales sólidos.

Es un excelente equipo para lo que es, el tema es que es para llaves de tamaño americano, donde todas son de 2" de largo aproximadamente, Mexico como en muchas cosas tiene un mix de llaves que se usan y la de 5" estilo europeo es muy comun para pasadores en puertas de herreria. Esto hace que un grupo de llaves que lleva una de estas llaves largas de 1 o 4 lados no cabe en el espacio. Un punto importante a considerar.
