I like this lock box, it’s simple but secure. To set the combo just open it up and u will see the back side of all the buttons with an arrow on it. All the arrows are pointing to open. To set a number just take a screw driver and turn the arrow 180 degrees., this make the number set. I set mine with 4 different numbers. Like 1924, that’s makes it easy for me to remember it and if I want to let someone know the combo I can tell them 1249 and it will still open it. The hook goes on and comes off easily. Just open the box and top inside you will see 2 lil plastic pieces coming down near the center top. Squeeze them together and the hook will come off.

This box worked like a charm. No need to reset the code, once you twist the lock code resets. Be careful the plastic lid hinges break easily.

I like this products because the buttons are easy to see. It is also easy to set and reset if need be. Plenty of room to hold keys and it does not get wet inside. Comes with screws to screw on door frame or wherever you choose.If you are looking for something like this I recommend this product.

I installed this at a Coast house. It is taking a lot of storms and wind without issues. We put our keys into a ziplock bag just in case and then into the Lock Box since the box was installed on the side of the house that gets the majority of the wind and rain. So far it is working well and we have not had any issues.

Generally it has good quality but cover's hinges are not strong enough i have to buy another one just because of this issue
