For someone with a car that came with a key fob, I love the idea of having to automatically unlock my vehicle. Which is the reason I purchased this for my older vehicle. It works perfect! I looked up the instructions online and then I found the directions. Programming was super easy and I don't have the hassle of having to lick manually. It's lightweight and the design allows you to unlock the driver door or all doors. Also can lock all doors. It's a perfect fit and very durable. You can also turn on the alarm to find the vehicle.

I like that it was easy to install for a 2005 ford freestyle and it showed you a video on how to do it, didn’t have a remote for my car and this helps a lot, easy and better price then going to a autozone or somewhere like that they charge like $70. I highly recommend

These key fobs are great easy programming and support. My only complaint is that the paint fades really quickly so expect the unexpected and they are quite durable and the speed, look, functionality is as designed 🤙

Old remote went thru the washer and didn’t survive. This new one works perfectly! Very easy to program. Remember if you have two key fob remotes, you’ll need to program both at the same time. The programing mode wipes out programing for any current remotes.

The loop for the key ring is really weak, breaks far easier than the factory keyfobs. We received them and both worked, 1 died after about 4 weeks though. Fresh battery did get it working again but after about 9 months the loop broke so it now sits in the glovebox.They do work although both of them struggle to open the passenger door, have to push the button 4 or 5 times before it unlocks the passenger door. Driver door unlocks every time, although the range for them is about 1/3 of what the factory fob is. I can trigger the alarm or unlock with the factory fob from about 150' away. I have to be aboue 30-40 feet away for both of these.All that said, for the price of these, vs the $80 Ford wants, I don't regret buying them. I don't know that I can say I'd recommend them though, for what it's worth.

Bought these for a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT 2WD and they were easy to program and are working great. You just need to get your vehicle into program mode, turn the key from off to on without starting the engine do this 8 times and on the 8th time leave it in the on position and you should hear the door looks activate after that push a button on the fob to unlock the locks and then lock them again (leave the door open during programming) after that do the same with the other fob and that's it simple.

I actually thought I was buying just the casings for the internal circuit board. I was extremely surprised and pleased to receive 2 new complete units. It took all of 2 minutes to complete the setup.
