This K&F Concept Lens Hood Replacement for EW-73D locks on perfectly to both my RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM, and my EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lenses.It locks on solidly, with no play, in both the forward and reverse orientations (making it easy to keep with me without having to tote the lens hood around when I don't want to have it sticking out). It also releases easily with a press of the button.It really does fit them both as well as a factory lens hood and I couldn't be more pleased.

Unfortunately this did not fit the lens I was hoping to use it on, however, it is great quality and I find I throw it in my bag for other lenses.

Nice quality and I was really impressed with this item, I was sad to find that I ordered the wrong size. I got a 73 and needed a 77 that is my fault, but I can speak to how it fits. But everything i have seen I will order the right size and update this posting. I would recommend based on quality.

I've been testing the "EW73D" version for use with a Canon RF 24-105mm F4-7.1 IS STM lens on a Canon R8 body.If you are familiar with what a Lens Hood is/does, then you can probably just skip the rest of this review simply knowing that this hood is a good one (I've yet to find a K&H Concept product that disappoints me).If you're not familiar with Lens Hoods, think of them as blocking out unwanted light from reaching your lens similar to how a baseball cap or car's sun visor shields your eyes. Hoods can prevent light sources from potentially giving you lens flares and washing out the overall color/contrast of the image. A hood can also add a little extra protection as they create a small barrier that adds some extra distance from the glass.This particular model works similar to the official hoods while at a fraction of the price, and has all the common/expected traits you might expect. It is easy to attach and remove, it can attach backwards when not in use (handy for storage as it won't take up any additional space this way), it doesn't interfere with the ability to put the cap on the end of the lens, and the plastic feels sturdy enough to give you some extra piece of mind. The pedal shape also works nicely for this particular lens, as the open sides do not interfere with the widest focal length (24mm).

Encaja bien. Calidad suficiente. Si no deseas someterte a la polÃtica racana de Canon, de no proveer de parasol a sus objetivos de gama media-baja, y cobrarlos aparte a precio de oro, éste es una buena opción.

Je ne connaissais pas la marque mais ça m’a l’air très bien. C’est un accessoire basique, mais essentiel en extérieur.

I am all happy, originally this isn't design for Nikon Lens, but I managed to fit them by trimming with a dremel. Then it it reduce the glare like any other hood lens.
