Try adding a winch to a 1995 Polaris 425 Magnum! Its a pain to do without a kit like this! The design is right on, took some time to get it mounted on the 4-wheeler, but it works great and will last for years! The bolts seem too short until you play around with the mount. I found that if I put all of the hardware on at the same time and waited to tighten everything down, it made the install a lot easier.---Pros----Great Quality-Easy to mount-Works with almost any winch-Looks like a factory piece---Cons----Have to remove the side radiator guards (plastic shrouds on the sides of the radiator)Overall, great mount for the Polaris and will probably out last the 4-wheeler! Great design and it works with pretty much every winch out there.

Mounting hardware was too short. Had to buy new hardware. Except to buy 4 new bolts. To save everyone time, go to the hardware store and grab 1/4†- 20 by 1 1/2†bolts. Same exact bolts that come with the bracket. Otherwise the bracket is very good quality and was a direct fit on my 1996 Polaris magnum 425. No drilling was required

Well built and easy enough to mount if you have some experience with ATV winch mounts already. Great price considering that it is made for 20+ year old ATVs.

Overall the mount is of nice quality and appears to be pretty robust (haven't put it through it's paces yet). However a couple concerns, issues popped up. First, the install directions were a bit fuzzy on exactly where/how they wanted the washers installed. Second, i felt like the bolts they provided were too short so i ended up getting longer ones from the local hardware store. Third, design wise i'm not sure they way this mount connects to the wheeler is the most robust solution. I feel like hanging onto the brush guard is putting a lot of faith into the brush guards connecting points vs. tying it to the frame somehow. Lastly, the stock roller fairlead that comes with a Harbor Freight Badlands 2500 winch will not fit the bolt spacing on this mount. I had to spend another $16 on a different roller fairlead, so something to keep in mind when calculating your total investment in adding a winch using this mount.

unit is about 3/8" too wide for the frame on my 95 big boss. I will have to add extra spacers. otherwise it is a good hoist mount.

Fit a 1994 Polaris sportsman 400. Was pretty Easy to install. The bolts are a little short but if you use a clamp to squeeze the sides of this winch bracket together the go in easy and fine.
