I have a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 400 and this bracket / plow mount fit perfectly. As with every other KFI product I've purchased, it bolted right on as described. It was promptly delivered, came complete in sealed packages included clear and precise instructions and it was a breeze to install. No modification was needed to fit my machine. Now just need some snow to test it out.

This works great! I received several spacers for this product to mount under my ATV. I was told by several shops NOT TO DO WHAT I DID! Everyone said do not do it and to buy a new machine from them. Well.... I had a need and no funding so I did what we do best. buy what we need to get the job done and hope it all works out!I placed this plow mount under the atv several times. and removed spacers to raise the mount up higher as my small atv did not have much ground clearance. Once this was installed, it lowered my ground clearance by 2-3 inches. I am guestimating. The spacers, the steel plate pluse the steel plate tabs for the plow bar. Once the plow bar is attached I lost about 4-5 inches without a rider. This does work and it works well.Purchased for a front attached brush cutter/lawn mower attachment. I did not want to drive through tall grass and pull a mower behind me. I wanted to cut the Grass/Brush/trash Trees in front of me first and then cut a wider swath of grass behind me.if this is purchased you need spacers for your atv to raise it up or change out your springs to stiffer springs. This adds stresses to the rest of your joints and changes the angles of your drive shafts and bushings. So, more work and time. I do understand the, "buy a new machine concept" but I did not have 10K and now those are 14K.After a year of use: My small 330 ATV is working fine. With the load of a rider and 250# for the brush cutter this plate drags on everything! My clearance is very low. I still need to change the springs. This plate gets caught on everything sticks, logs i run over, small hills. The plate has not changed shapes it just survives my abuse! Great Plate, and protects the bottom of my ATV. My atv has a plastic plate under it which is NOT surviving the abuse I have put it through.

I did my research and the KFI plow system is by far the best. Easiest to assemble and will last for many years to come. Installation was not complicated and you can tell it is built to last!

I generally try not to deduct stars for packing issues, as people generally want to know how the product works, not how well it was packed. However, I would recommend buying two of these, and returning one after the install, as both packages I received were missing one of the two mount plates.Now that it is installed, and I have all the parts (no extra cost to me), it works great! However, it was a huge inconvenience to have it half installed, just to realize there were missing parts. Then to receive the replacement item, and still have missing parts was baffling. Fortunately, I was able to get all the parts needed between two packages.

i struggled a little to visualize the location but i followed the directions and it was a PERFECT FIT.i highly recomend these plows. this is my second one, and they are both in service doing great.

Received the product with NO spacer plates and NO hardware. Makes this pretty much useless.

The shipping was prompt. The parts were all there. The instructions were straightforward and clearly illustrated. The materials are all heavy-duty and should outlast me. Why not 5 stars? I like good machinery, I don't 'love' it.
