So far, my wife and I have been happy to add this to our kitchen. It is a really versatile product, with our main use cases being:1. Cutting soft things, like dough. We used this to cut pizza dough, as an example, before rolling it flat.2. Scraping and/or moving things from any flat surfaces. Examples are transferring vegetables from a cutting board and using it with our flat top grill (you can use it to scrape/stir food on it or for even turning some items, like pancakes). We actually have another item like this, and when used together, you can even do things like stir fries by scooping the vegetables and meat between them.3. Cleaning afterwards on our flat-tops. It is too cold for outdoor cooking right now, so we have only used this with our indoor flat-top pan, but it works very well to scrape off residue. I am looking forward to being able to use this with our outdoor griddle in the summer as well.For all use cases, we have been happy with the grip provided by the wooden handle; the product is easy and comfortable to use.Cleaning the product after use is also very simple, with this being dishwasher-safe. For any lighter use, it is simple enough to just rinse with soapy water (if you aren't as lazy as us, it actually might be good to do so for longevity, with this being a wooden handle).Overall, we would recommend this product.

This is a really helpful kitchen tool. I originally envisioned using it for my griddle grill (to cook and to clean it afterwards), but it is nice for indoor cooking as well. It's a nice size and big enough for lots of food. The metal blade is not sharpened but can still cut softer foods. It is also good for scooping chopped food, such as onions. I haven't used it to make bread yet but think it'll be useful for that as currently the plastic scrapers I've been using are starting to break down by knife marks.Versatile Use: I use this scraper for multiple purposes, such as dividing bread dough, transferring chopped veggies or herbs from the cutting board to the pan, and scraping food residue off my griddle after cooking. It even works well for flipping or cutting items like pancakes or grilled cheese on a flat-top grill.The metal blade is strong, yet not overly rigid, so it performs well without damaging surfaces. It feels like a tool that will last for years with proper care. The wooden handle is smooth and comfortable to hold, even during extended use. It stays cool to the touch when working with hot surfaces, which is a nice safety feature.Cleaning this scraper is a breeze. A quick rinse or wipe with soapy water, and it’s ready for the next task. The wooden handle doesn’t retain odors, and the stainless metal resists rusting. The combination of polished metal and natural wood gives it a timeless and professional look. I don’t mind leaving it on my countertop as it complements my kitchen decor.

I primarily use this as a pizza dough cutter and work surface scraper and it lives up to the tasks required. It is sharp enough to easily cut dough and fits well in the hand to use to scrape my work surface clean of flour and dough remnants.Very pleased with this addition to my kitchen arsenal

I wanted this to be able to pull together cut up items on a cutting board to transfer into a pan. Everyone on the Food Network does it, so seems worth trying. For this purpose the size and shape of this scraper is excellent. The depth of the metal is larger than most which is great because the faster you can get those chopped onions farther away from your eyes, the better. I also appreciate the edge acting like a ruler when you lie it down next to food helping you to cut items into same sized pieces. The stainless steel is bright and attractive. Like many kitchen items, the 2-pack is a great value but knowing that I would give this scraper a pretty easy life, not scraping grills or anything that requires force I figure the single scraper will last for many years.

I originally got this because I thought it would work well for cooking on the griddle. It does work well on the griddle, but I didn't realize just how handy this would be. It is very well made and very comfortable to hold in your hand, making it easy to use. Cleaning it is a breeze- hand wash or pop it in the dish washer. I find that the measurements on the bottom come in handy mostly for baking. I love how it helps so easily to roll and cut dough! I also works to cut fruits and veggies. We use it a lot on the griddle and for prepping vegetables and stuff. However, I unexpected ended up using it every time I bake. This really helps us to use less dishes, cook neater and make prettier food! Every household should have one of these in my opinion. Highly recommended.

This scraper really makes life simpler in the kitchen. I prep and chop A LOT of veggies to have throughout the week and it was time consuming to either slide the chopped veggies off the cutting board (with a bunch of them falling off) - or scooping them with my hand. I use this scraper to slide under my chopped veggies and just place my hand on top and I'm able to transfer them to containers SO much quicker. I love it!

Seems well built. I appreciate the measurements on the side. If that's important to you in your kitchen (depending on what you're cooking), it's an added feature. I will definitely be hand washing.
