Got these switches on a lark since I had a gift card and wanted to mix things up for my Leobog HI75. After seeing the great reviews and reasonable price, I figured why not - and wow, am I glad I did! Once I put them on my board, I absolutely fell in love. These Matcha Latte V2s have this really nice, deeper sound that reminds me of marble. It's even better with my HI75 and MOA keycaps - the combo just works perfectly. One thing that really impressed me was the light diffuser. It lets the RGB shine through beautifully on this board, adding that extra touch of wow factor. Can't believe I just stumbled onto these, but they've turned out to be one of my best keyboard purchases. If you're thinking about trying something new for your board, especially if you have an HI75, definitely give these a shot. I'm so glad that I purchased these - sometimes the best finds really do come from taking a chance!

I love these switches, they are very thocky and even better than the Feker matcha switches which were my previous favorites but these coming with an LED diffuser is a no brainer and the sound is a bit deeper than the feker matcha switch. These definitely are the better choice!

sounds great. Not overly clicky, has a deeper sound to the keystrokes

These switches were absolutely amazing. Stock, the sound is really satisfying, deep and thocky. In terms of smoothness, these switches are super smooth with no noticeable scratchiness. I did find that these were a bit heavy for my preferences, but I also tend to prefer lighter tactile switches. Overall I would highly recommend these switches to anyone looking for a medium weight, smooth, thocky linear switch.

Just purchased these switches and the feel of them is absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a creamy or thwonky switch this is the one you need to buy. The price is super affordable as well for what you're getting - No issues or complaints. They feel really nice to type on and the sound is perfect.

These are a bit overpriced for what they are, but if you’re looking for Matcha Latte switches, these do the job. They felt just like my others, I couldn’t really tell a difference between them and the ones I already had installed.

Unfortunately, not all of them are pre-lubed (or they are poorly lubed).

The switches arrived in a stiff cardboard box with a magnetic flap lid which featured a wireframe image of the switches and the KiiBoom logo printed onto it. Opening up the magnetic lid reveals a set of 35 switches placed into a two part plastic tray which was set into the box which was additionally lined with foam to keep the tray from bouncing around inside. As silly as it might seem I absolutely love the name for these switches and Matcha Latte is the perfect name for the colour scheme. Every piece in my box is identical in feel and build quality, they were all firmly seated in the packaging, so there were no loose switches flying around the box, causing the bent pins you’d normally see with the jar’s some companies use for shipping switches.Linear switches normally aren’t my go-to option as I do quite enjoy having some tactile feedback but with buttery smooth switches like these I can see why people enjoy linear switches as much as they do, they’re ridiculously smooth and these would be right at home in a gaming keyboard or silent office build. Though realistically it doesn’t matter where or when you use tactile vs linear switches, use whichever you prefer regardless of situation, of course don’t use super loud Cherry Blues in an environment where you need silence but apart from that everything is fair game.Arguably the spring tension/weight is of far more significance in the most important factor, which is finger fatigue in my opinion and KiiBoom has most of the bases covered with quite a diverse range of accusation weights on offer. They’re 5-pin switches so they will work with most builds without any major issues, you may have to trim off the extra plastic pins if your PCB happens to be a three pin, but otherwise these are just like any MX style mech switch. The LED diffuser is something that will be a stand-out feature for the folks using upward facing lighting and the diffuser will give a much nicer spread of soft light compared to most switches which just have a slot with no diffusion material.Unfortunately they don’t seem to be available at the time of writing, so I'm not super sure what the pricing on these was. Assuming they are priced reasonably there is no reason you shouldn’t consider these if you’re after a very nice feeling linear switch, just keep in mind you may need to buy multiple boxes depending on the build size, potentially 3 to 4 boxes if you’re going full-size and not mixing switches for modifiers keys etc. It’d be nice if KiiBoom offered larger quantities at a slight discount as that'd be the only slight negative with this product.I have zero complaints and am more than happy to recommend these switches.
