This leg pillow works better than a regular pillow for side sleeping. The leg strap helps to keep it on one leg so it moves with you when you change positions while sleeping. The picture is somewhat misleading because it makes the pillow look a lot bigger than it actually is. Even so, it still works well to keep my knees rubbing together during the night.

I've used a few different types of leg pillows in the past but this one sp far has been the best. Foe me its the right thickness and softness without going flat like some others ive tried. At first glance I didn't think I was going tonlike the leg strap but after using it I prefer to use it makes it easy to keep the pillow in the right spot even if I toss or turn. I'd highly recommend getting this if your looking for a leg pillow

I am a side sleeper and needed a pillow back pain, and my Sciatica nerve. This memory foam leg pillow works really good. The strap I thought would be a nuisance, but it was the complete opposite. It kept the pillow in place as I slept. You will need to let it reach full capacity which takes approximately 24 hous. I love that it has a removable cover for washing also. Very pleased with this product.

I am a side sleeper and sometimes my knees ache from one sitting on top of the other. I got this pillow to provide some separation and it works well and is comfortable to use. I dislike the elastic band so I cut mine off. smaller than other spacers ive tried. almost a perfect fit really. only complaint is hole in the middle. i think thats for knee caps and ankles maybe. will buy a second for more even support down the legs to the feet.

This is a good pillow but just a bit too thick for me. I had knee replacement surgery recently. This pillow allowed me to sleep on my side with the pillow between my legs which cushioned the bad knee from my other knee. I put the strap on my good knee and all was OK. If it had just a bit less padding it would have been better for my situation. It is designed for proper sleeping alignment of your legs for which I give it 5 stars.

Perfect size and the cover is easily removed for washing. Comfortable to use with or without the strap that's attached to help keep it in place. Recommended.
