I've been revisiting baking since the cost of LIFE has skyrocketed and I have a massive buttercream frosting habit. But every time I made buttercream frosting w my handy-dandy hand-mixer (I'm almost 50, this is a staple in my kitchen), the powdered sugar coated EVERYTHING.Getting tired of the clean-up, I started shopping for stand mixers knowing full well I couldn't afford one.Until I saw this.It's cute, sure. Small: perfect. But powerful and sized enough to beat frosting with 1.5 c butter and 5.25 c powdered sugar.And. Keep. It. Contained. The angels are singing, y'all.I pulsed it (one-off) a few times when adding powdered sugar to prevent snow, but it held up. Beat butter for over 5 mins at a time at a higher level: got warm, but kept on trucking. I'm so darn happy. It wobbled a little as expected, but the suction base kept it secure.I made a "Valentines ME" lemon layer cake with the least amount of clean up I've ever had. AND it freed my hands to prep other ingredients while it worked.Easy to clean. Small to store. Great for home baking. RED.You deserve it.

I was whipping up some Tallow body butter in my KitchenAid mixer and it's so big for such a little amount I decided to look up mini KitchenAid or something similar. So I found this and ordered it on Prime day and saved about $40 which is great. It was wider than I expected because they did not show a front view but a side view at all times in the description. So it is a little wide. So here is my pros and cons:Pros: I really like the speed and it blends very well.It's very light which is great because I had rotator cuff surgery on my right arm last year and can't lift heavy objects.It mixes very well and gets the job done.Fits on the Shelf on my Bakers rack so I don't have to take it off and put it on the counter to use itEasy to use knobsEasy to cleanCons: It shakes like a broken mini bike. Don't know if it's supposed to do that so I'll probably read more reviews to see that's normal.Can't really add anything to the mixture except liquid because the space is very small while you're blending.It's louder than my KitchenAid however I've never heard a silent blender.For the money it's a great value and it gets the job done.

This is one item I greatly enjoyed so far s to my hands being full of arthritis and has stopped me from being able to mix and need properly. This little stand mixer is a heaven sent item. I’ve made several doughs in it for breads and cakes. Thanks to the size it’s easy to use without a lot of weight. Very easy to move and the blue is gorgeous. Will be purchasing another for my wife.This small stand mixer is perfect for a couple size families of the single person wanting to make life easier.I highly recommend this for any family who wants a nice kitchen appliance that does the job.

Love the colour light weight have osteoarthritis so lifting this machine no problem. Easy cleaning and simple to use. Recommend to anyone who has issues picking up heavy things and doesn’t require a lot of space.

Je croyais qu’il était plus gros mais non trop petit pour pétrir la pâte. Attention â€¼ï¸ des fois ils sont mis en litres et d’autres en quarts. J’en ai commandé un deuxième et il était en quart et encore trop petit. Reçu le 3 ème et dernier il fait 6 litres. Mais je trouve que le remboursement est trop long. Vous êtes averti il est très joli mais trop petit pour moi et ce que je veux en faire.

Cuando la use la primera vez fue para realizar la mezcla de hotcakes y no alcanza a batir por completo tenÃa que parar y centrar la mezcla con la espátula, lo demás todo bien me gustó el diseño.
