I tried this on Canon T50 and Rebel K2 35mm cameras. While it securely snapped right in, I cannot open the film doors on either. I imagine a flip out LCD screen would also be a problem.It has found a permanent home on my original EOS Digital Rebel (300D). It's not in the way of any moving parts as this camera screen doesn't flip and there is no film door. It's soft enough to be comfortable and yet holds shape, which literally cradles my eye perfectly, blocking all outside light and getting me close enough to not interfere with any of the view finder.Now, sadly I wear glasses and continue to find the right eyecup. This one is not perfect in that regard. I end up too far away for a good full view. Still, my glasses press flat against it without issue.

I bought this eyepiece to replace the stock one on my Canon R10. This piece does exactly what I wanted, giving me a little more room for my eye, to block out additional light.I purchased a Canon R10 for my son and immediately bought one of these eye cups for his camera. I highly recommend this over the stock eye cup.

The eyepiece blocks out more of the light and makes it easier to read through the viewfinder. One thing I had trouble with was getting the screws out to change the eye cup. Thought the screw driver was too small and had trouble getting the screws out with it. Fortunately I had a set of fine screw drivers which gave me better leverage. That was the only problem I had. Completely happy with the eye piece.

Swapped out original, easy n quick. Helps with eyeglass wearers and redoces extraneous light from periphery. Like it a lot!

This was the easiest fitting piece for my Canon T5 DSLR Camera. Took the old piece off in 2 seconds, and this slid, and locked right on. Makes life easier than planting you're face right on the camera body. Comfortable, and easy to use, great for people with glasses!
