Just started using a couple of these and the thickness works great against the heat of the oven! The hand washing of them may be a pain in the butt but well worth it.

I have a busy kitchen and it is past time for me to replace my pot holders.I was so hoping these would work, but they are Stiff and hard to use with one hand.Because I am doing 3 things at once when I am in the kitchen I need it to be as simple as grabbing a pot holder and removing a pan from the oven without thinking about it.These pot holders don't work for me.The heat resistant's works great!!!

It's hard to find potholders that are thick without spending a fortune. These looked good enough to combine with two dish towels for a hostess gift and I kept 2 for myself. These things take a beating in our house and they have held up well.
