This is awesome. The intake sound is mean, but doesn't sound like some garbage folgers exhaust. It is an easy install, and definitely increased horsepower. The horsepower gains were measured on a car that was just hardly broken in. It said plus 4.xx horsepower. My car has 110 thousand miles on it and I definitely gained horsepower from this mod. This kit came with everything I needed to change out my intake. I was done in about 45 minutes. I really didn't care to dyno my Mini, and it isn't advertised to be a huge power gain. I bought it mostly for the fuel economy benefit. I have noticed my tanks are lasting longer, but I haven't bothered calculating actual mpg yet. The kit came with the water repellent sleeve, which is nice because it rains all the time down here. I've checked it a few times, but so far, it has stayed dry. Oh yeah, it sounds great too.

Came packaged very well shipping was very fast. Intake was as described and was very easy to install. Aso sounds great and added some decent performance was worth every penny

easy to install, sounds great, can really feel the boost to horsepower. totally worth the money if your airbox is cracked or you want an easy upgrade

I installed this on my 2006 Mini Cooper R50, it looks great and sounds good. This is a very easy install.

My MINI Cooper loves this intake. It runs cooler and does have more torque I notice in climbing the hills here in WV. A bit pricey though. Looks great, trouble is I have to open the hood to show it off. Kinda hard to do when I am going down the road!!
