Usually these types of between-the-knee pillows are made of hard foam and have no give whatsoever. However, this pillow is made of soft memory foam so it's "squishy" and does flatten out a bit when it's pressed between the knees. This is perfect for me because the traditional foam pillows are just too thick for me, and it keeps my knees so far apart that it's not comfortable. This pillow sinks down to just the right amount of space to keep my knees apart while keeping my legs in a more natural position, not awkwardly propped open.The stretchy padded strap that goes around the leg is generously sized, loose even, but it does keep the pillow on the leg. I've been using this pillow for almost 2 weeks now and it has yet to slip off during sleep. Since it does stay in place, I feel like I'm getting better sleep because I'm not tossing and turning as much.I got this knee pillow for myself, but I let my husband try it. After just one night he liked it so much, I had to order a second one!! The price is really great too, around $16 at the time of review.

This knee pillow for side sleepers is exactly what I need. It is very suitable for me as a long-term side sleeper, and it can provide perfect knee support and avoid friction between the knees. Most importantly, it can effectively reduce the pressure on the back and waist, and the sleeping posture is more natural and comfortable. I no longer feel the pressure on my waist or knees, and I feel more relaxed and free of fatigue when I wake up the next day.

I have some arthritis in my knees and so it's uncomfortable sleeping in my side with knee on knee. I've sometimes used a small pillow between my knees but that only lasts until my first turn of the night.I wasn't sure how well this knee pillow would stay in place throughout the night. I started out with it between my calves as that seemed like the best fit. It was comfortable but it didn't stay there as I moved during the night. I then moved it up between my upper legs and it stayed in place better through the rest of the night. The fit wasn't quite as good there but it was comfortable and stayed in place.So far so good. I had a good, full sleep with it.

I initially wanted it to be firmer, but after three nights of sleeping with it, it’s perfectly fine. It will compress flat if you squish it by hand but I don’t feel that level of compression sleeping on my side.The strap is useful if you toss and turn like I do. Though that took a couple of nights to get used to.I honestly got this out of curiosity and I can’t speak from a medical standpoint but it is more comfortable than the small pillows I’ve used off and on for decades.Absolutely would recommend this. I would love to see (and would immediately purchase) a firmer variant as well!

I Love this pillow! It is very comfortable, just the right size, gives you the spacing you need without being too big. I have arthritis and am VERY stiff at night, it is hard to move around and especially to reach to adjust pillows. I love this has a comfortable strap. Not too tight, but it holds the pillow in place when I'm re-adjusting my position or flipping from side to side. Makes my nights are lot more comfortable!

After giving this the 24 hours to fluff up that it suggests, it goes flat if I put any sort of weight on it, even just setting my hand on it. I'm not a fan.

I had been having difficulty getting comfortable at night because my knees hurt when I was on my side --not a lot of meat on the ol' knee bone s--, and whichever knee was on the bottom was very stiff and sore in the morning. Tried this between my knees--the strap does a nice job of holding it in place without being constricting--and it was magical. I fell asleep without a lot of tossing to get comfortable, and when I woke up, neither of my knees were sore or stiff. This works much better than I had dared to hope.

I have had several knee pillows over the years, and this one is my favorite. It arrived compressed, but fairly quickly plumped up to full size. It had a slight odor, but that dissipated pretty quickly.I like the rectangular design of this pillow. The foam that it is made of is soft yet supportive. My last knee pillow was much too firm for me. The elastic that holds the pillow to your leg is covered in the same soft fabric “scrunchy style.†This pillow keeps my bony knees apart and better aligns my hips for sleep. This pillow is a must have for any side sleepers with a tendency toward back and hip pain.
