This pillow is so comfy and has the perfect amount of firmness. Great for side sleeping. Helped relieve pain. I love the strap it helps keep the pillow in place.

This knee pillow has helped me keep my knees in an ideal position between my hips and knees while sleeping, which has reduced the pain. Now I can sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning without the sharp pain, which is really great!

Was hoping with the elastic band this would keep my legs in a great sleep position. I am 5'1" and it seems the pillow is to cushioned for my body. My back hurt and I had to remove during the night.

This pillow is a complete game changer for my sleep! I have to put something between my knees and have been using an airline pillow for years. I decided to try this and will never stop using it. I needed something to keep my back in alignment when side sleeping. This makes it so much more comfortable to stack my legs properly. Soft cover is removable for washing. It’s the perfect size.
