It is not worth the money or the frustration. This is my second machine in four days. Both machines started making grinding noises, then the handle slips when turning the pins, then the handle turns without raising the pins. Now it’s junk. If you can, learn how to knit with a knitting needle. It cost less than replacing knitting machines.

Having never knitted in my life, I saw many YouTube tutorials with this machine. I made a Beanie(see pics) in less than one hour start to finish!

The only reason I spent a little more on this item was because it was to come with a counter, it does not! You have to watch the yarn that you use because it will drop stitches. Red heart doesn’t work well with it. I love this yarn from hobby lobby works the best with this machine, doesn’t drop stitches.

This item states that it comes with a row counter but it does NOT! You also have to watch the type of yarn that you put in the machine. I love this yarn works well but Wal mart Red Heart Yarn tends to skip stitches.

I absolutely love this machine! It is so easy to use and it makes knitting so fast. I was able to make a hat in under an hour. I have a glass table that I use it on because without the suction cups it does make it a little harder to use it. I do wish I could use the thick fleece yarn but I won't be picky.
