Very fast delivery, the product arrived on time and in perfect condition - double boxed to protect the OEM box.Noting that this is the valve but the face plate is a separate item. This is a separate item as there are multiple different color options. I opted for the matte black.This valve comes with a protective cover so that you can install the valve, tile around the valve and then later cut off the protective cover when installing the face plate.I love that this valve has push-button on/off for the three valves. There are also volume controls to increase or decrease the amount of water. The leftmost valve is a temperature control to adjust the three valves to the right. A+ product and seller, very happy with the result!

Modern and nice control action. Only nit on this is there is more plastic in the trim and valve stems than a valve of this type and supposed name brand should have.Update year later: valve is still fine and works great. The plastic face plate does spot up if you don’t dry it. I got the face plate clean, but now I dry it after a shower with a dry cloth and no longer are impacted by the spot stains that result from water (and the minerals/soap in the water) drying and spotting on the shiny chrome colored plastic face plate.

2 valves stopped working. One of the valves doesn't turn correctly (and jiggles) and the other valve doesn't turn off the water. This setup doesn't have a way to turn off the water so that means you're running downstairs to turn off the main. Luckily after some time we turned the main back on and the water doesn't come out of the shower. As soon as we try using the valve again it doesn't turn it back off.
