if your shower connects with a 1/2in fitting, this will fit inside nicely. worked immediately for me, now it doesnt feel like im being shot with paint balls in the shower

I have a large shower head and the flow rate is a little out of hand.I would say I am probably flowing 6 GPM and yes the showers were excellent.Unfortunately such a luxury had to come to an end once I bought my condo. In our old apartment the hot water was included in the cost of rent.Now with a mortgage I pay for gas and water. And combined showering was costing 2 people 300 dollars a month.I installed the 2.5 GPM and this bill is already under 200. I have saved 100 dollars that easily between had and water.I recommend the flow restriction but I will never forget what I once had. It is a sad day but I must be fiscally responsible instead of liquid irresponsible.Also it didn’t fit in perfect. Had to smack it in place with a combination of a mallet and a wine cork. One of my more innovative approaches to solving a problem. Once it popped in though it holds well.(That’s the realest review I can give)

My shower was literally pushing out insane pressure and flow .Rough estimates had me near 5gpm pop one of these into the rain shower head and worked great.As a side note. My girlfriend preferred shorter showers with more pressure so I actually ended up pulling this out. Swapping it with an adjustable ball valve.I can adjust the ball valve to give me an hour long shower … or one can turn it to full power for a 10 minute non eco friendly shower .

I bought these to allow a little higher flow than the factory 1.5 gpm on a Delta shower head. They didn't fit into that particular brand so they're sitting in my cabinet. In the right application, I believe they would work just fine.

These are perfect for reducing water usage. I didn’t realize just how much water my rain shower head was using. It was way too much for my 40 gallon tank and I would run out of hot water. Either size will considerably lower your gallons per minute and give you a longer shower.

I’m sure they work awesome but my girlfriend said she “ Accidentally“ threw them away so I will never know and will always have a high water bill. Must be nice saving some water and coin. Ima throw her next thing out no doubt

This product fit well and works well. I can really tell the difference in flow rate. Especially with the 1.80 gpm unit. I am going to switch all my faucets in my RV to the 1.80 gpm.
