Solid piece of equipment, install was very simple. Unit came with great directions for programming. Fit and finish are top notch. Best part is that it really is all metal. Feels solid and the lock and unlock features are flawless. Makes the “RV lock†brand lock it replaced feel like a toy. Comes with 4 keys so I could stash a few in case I need them later on.

I installed this and went camping for a week soon after. What a great time and frustration saver. No more fishing for the keys with the wife waiting for me to open the door. With her and I's fingerprints programmed before we left it was amazingly simple to get into the camper. If you are on the fence let me push you the correct way and buy this!!!!

I bought this for my rv because I wanted us to be able to unlock it with our fingers or thumbs. The first one that was sent wasn't reading my prints so I contacted them and they sent me another one which I was able to program very quickly and easily. Very friendly customer support and this feels like a very durable lock.

Inside the camper the arrow points left to lock. But in reality left unlocks it. The arrow is backwards. It's not the type you can reverse the bar to correct. Other than that it's pretty nice.

We replaced the factory one that was difficult to open and love this one. I have only loaded one code and one fingerprint at this time. My husband is old school and prefers a key...his loss!! Love it!

A simple and easy replacement on my trailer. The new lock fit right into cutout of old lock with no adjustments necessary. The instructions were clear and programming straightforward. The finger read sensor works great and reliably for me. I also like that the lock can be opened with a 6 to 8 digit code or a key if needed. (4 keys were provided) The lock is also pretty heavy and substantial which I appreciate for extra security. I did not specifically time the removal of old lock and install and reprogramming of the new lock, but I estimated it took less than 30 minutes. I am happy with the performance of the new lock.

Installed this lock to replace another older electronic lock. Installation was easy, works better then the old lock and the manual lock works in the correct position. Move lock handle towards door edge to lock, instead of away from door edge as per other locks. A well built heavy duty lock at a reasonable price. I am very happy with this purchase.

We replaced the trash door handle on our camper with this unit, it works well and look like it belongs on our unit. May buy another for the front camper door. No modifications required. Fingerprint sensor works really well too....

I liked the idea of having the combination and fingerprint option but neither worked, I do not recommend this item.
