I absolutely can't believe it! It only took me 10 minutes to remove the old lock and install this new electronic lock with fingerprint, password, and multiple access options. All the holes matched perfectly, and it didn’t affect the opening and closing of the screen door. It’s easy to use and incredibly convenient—simply perfect!

After I installed this which was not as easy as it claim to be, I had to take the unit completely apart to get it to fit in the door took about two hours. I am pretty tool savvy by the way finally got it to fit then I noticed that it wouldn’t shut with the screen door had to take the screen door off so now I have no screen door because I can’t close the door cause there is no finger holes on the back of this unit so I can close the door wouldn’t buy it again. Wouldn’t recommend it. Going to return it or put it on my other camper and sell it with the camper.

I've been going back and forth as to whether or not to add an electronic door lock to my RV. I finally got tired of coming into house to get keys when working out in the shop, so I decided to go ahead and order this one. This has turned out to be very convenient. It has multiple modes be able to unlock it with You can use fingerprints, a code, an app or a key. If I somehow manage to lock myself out of the RV now I'm really in trouble. The only thing I wasn't really figured out about was having to download an app to use it, but with all the features I don't really see any way around it. Once I got it set up, I just disabled my permissions on the app. The install was pretty straightforward and fit in the same cut out that already had for my old lock. It uses four double a batteries which were supplied, but I don't know what the life expecting on me is since they're not a top team name brand. I was a little concerned about the fingerprint set up because I was thinking that I would have to get my thumb on there the same way each time. However, this does not seem to be the case as once I got it programmed, I can turn my thumb pretty much whatever direction is necessary and it still unlocks the door.

A quality lock set with an impressive set of options. I like keyless entry locks for my RVs and trailers. Sometimes, especially in the summer or at the beach, you don't like to carry keys. This lock lets you use a code, a fingerprint, or a phone in addition to a key for access. There are two components to this set, installation, and programming. Both aren't bad if you follow the manual. If you have a compatible door, installation is very straightforward and relatively easy. You may or may not want to change out your old strike plates, but it is probably better to do so since they are provided. Before you start removing your old lock, verify the inside assembly won't interfere with your screen door or other door hardware. Some doors may not have enough room. The instruction manual is quite good, follow it and don't freestyle. The second part is programming. Like all electronic locks, it takes a little work. The manual is very good (one of the better ones), but be sure you download the Tuya app FIRST if you are going to want to use the phone option. Pair up the app first BEFORE programming any codes. You can then use the app to help program the fingerprints and codes, or you can do it manually. If you don't pair the app first, you will have to erase and reinitialize the lock in order to pair and then start over. Unfortunately, that is not mentioned in the manual until after instructions for programming the codes manually...Overall quality and workmanship are good, and it looks good on the RV. It is a little above the average price for these style locks, but if the discount coupon is still available, it brings it down to a good place.

It was time to replace our factory lock on our RV, especially after we locked ourselves out and our friends keys worked to our Rv, very frightening. This is an easy lock to install. Fits perfectly and works. We feel safer with this lock than the old one. Very easy to use. Built really solid. Looks a lot better than the old one. Good choice
