After multiple attempts to use it, I sent it back. The donuts would not maintain consistency as they dropped resulting in more coming out like funnel cake or getting trapped in between.

Ran it one time to see how to work it and so far it seems to do the job. One thing that I'm upset about, is the description said it had a drain in the tray. After looking it over, there is NO drain. So, finding a way to get the oil out is a huge inconvenience. They need accurate descriptions

We have ordered 2 of these now. The first one had a flipper that kept getting stuck. It was an easy fix after we bent it. This one kicks out donuts pretty well. Our 2nd one just arrived and there was a required piece that should have been welded on but was laying loose. My husband was able to use a screw and fix it but then it kept throwing an error code that wasn't even in the manual. It's being returned but the replacement can't be here for over 6 weeks causing us to cancel an event. Very disappointing.
