Looking back now I see it says metric 10-inch wheel. But I managed to overlook that part given everything else listed and the pictures saying feet, even the box has feet on it not meters. But needless to say, I'll have to return it and get another one. I found the same exact one in feet but its 20 dollars more for some reason, which I don't know why that would be, but yea don't make the same mistake as me! lol Seems to be good quality though.

Good for indoor use and some out door uses... Wish I would have bought the one with the larger wheel for marking off 800+ meters. The picture advertised was wrong in showing feet and inches. I don't know if they sold me on with metic on puglier due to my location or if they all come like that but it's something to think about when buying this product... That is unless you don't mind doing conversions.

Im an idoit! I ordered a Metric wheel when I needed a standard wheel in feet! Be careful. Otherwise the wheel quality is nice

Works well, after I made a couple of changes. The handle broke at the hinge shortly after I bought the first one, so now I always detach the handle on the second one before I store it in my vehicle. I also removed the stand, as I found that got in the way.

The elbow broke after a week of use. I had to wrap it with duct tape to continue use it. It worth the money , because other options are more expensive.
