It arrived with the " key pad" off and disconnected. It's not a big deal, I just had to take the screws out and plug it in. I used a couple drops of glue to keep the keypad on. Other than that it works fine

Generally this is a nice measuring wheel. It's easy to roll and easy to operate. It has memory and recall functions to measure waypoint distances. Most of all, it's accurate. I got exactly the same distance on a ~20ft measuring test vs. laser measure (which has 99.9% accuracy). One thing that I didn't expect is that the measuring wheel itself turned out to be quite large, much larger than the impression you'd get just by looking at the picture. This is better for accuracy but obviously less good for compact storage. The dimensions given in the product listing are actually correct. Just don't look at the first picture.-1 star because mine came with control panel completely unglued and flapping around (see pic). I stuck it back, but it started curling back up within minutes. Not a huge issue, as I can use a pretty solid double-sided tape or other measures to keep it down. Still, I'd appreciate a better glue to avoid the hassle.

I’m laying out a garage I’m having built on my property and this is coming in really handy already. I have a laser measurer but during the day it’s almost impossible to see the laser, and it doesn’t help at all if you don’t have a surface to reflect it off right where you want to measure. This is old technology but sometimes older is better, and this works great even in daylight where the laser doesn’t perform as well. I did, though, compare the accuracy to the laser and they both matched almost perfectly, so I feel pretty confident it’s accurate. I’m very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

This measuring wheel is very easy to use. It is very accurate. It is perfect for measuring long distances or when measuring requires going around corners or curves. It is height adjustable and comes with a carrying case. The kickstand allows it to keep standing without falling over.
