It worked out fine. It looks like cardboard not anything fancy. But it's very sturdy. My board was slightly bent so it kinda had a dip. But overall it worked out just fine for my cake. I used it for my 9" cake and it was perfect.

I gave one of these to a customer not thinking id have to look for mold. I took the plastic off the rest and the smell is SOOOO BAD. It was so strong I had to take them to the garage before returning. This is absolutely unacceptable!
