I'm a home owner with basic set of home improvement skills trained by YouTube. I doubt very much anything negative can be said about this set for your basic job around the house. For a little over the price of a single 14" wrench from a big box store, you get 4 different sizes wrenches and a storage bag.I don't have any technical devices at my disposal to test the geek specs when compared to the big box store model but I can tell you holding both the 14" from this set and the box store, I am unable to determine the difference. I will say I love the rubber/plastic molding on this handle and pointed out the lack of said grip on the big box store model. Even my friend who has the big store wrench had a hard time trying to convince me his was worth the money. The only thing he could mention was his lifetime warranty, being able to go in and get a replacement tool, though he has never actually been in a position to do that. I have looked into these "bring in your broken tool" warranty and it seems to not always been that simple for people.At the end of the day, I would say if your not making money or maintaining a system that keeps people alive, you dont need to go drop "pro" dollars on "pro" tools to do "at home" work.

They're exactly as described. Typical pipe wrench dipped in a thin coating. Gets the job done.The smaller sized ones are surprisingly useful.Well worth the price.

I bought these intending then to be an affordable, disposable item to remove and replace a stuck gas cylinder on my favorite office chair. After bashing the largest one with a 10lbs rubber mallet for about 10 minutes, it was still in perfect shape and it's grip was a tight as when I put it on. And yes, I was able to pound on the wrench until the cylinder broke and popped off. Since then, I've used the small one on my car, the medium one on my dishwasher, a stuck valve, a gas line coupling, and surprise, surprise I actually used two to replace a pipe.The build quality is better than I expected.

Great set of wrenches, very sturdy, heavy weight, one set will suffice for most of the needs. The largest one opens more than 3 inches which is a great addition, that alone can do most of the jobs. I use others for providing reverse support if needed. Customer service is the best, guaranteed no complaints if you run into any issues whatsoever. They are also very responsive and have text messaging system which worked great for me. My first set had damaged cover, they sent another one which I got within 4 days of texting. The response to the text came within minutes. Yes, cover is a boon, saves tons of space for these heavy wrenches and makes them easy to carry and keep them separated from other tools in the garage.

I needed this to unfasten a hose attached to a tap. It worked very well. I was done quickly. It's great that there are three sizes. The largest did the trick. I am glad the wrenches arrived in a sturdy carrying case too.

What can I say! My rating really isn't on the items per se but more about the fact that t they didn't meet my needs. They were definitely heavy duty and well constructed, just not suited for what I needed to do.

I am a full-time commercial plumber, this package are doing just fine 2 months in so far.Well for the price, I don't think there will be a better option AT ALL. All of the pipe wrenches work, are they a bit loose and not the top ofbthe line? Both yes. If you need some super cheap tools on the fly, these def work. Only thing I would suggest is to oil the connections just a bit, but in my head that's also just second nature. Honestly don't really have anything negative to say yet. Tub tool havnt used quite yet, that is the only thing I have a suspicion of breaking super easily
