Easy set-up! I did it myself while barely following the instructions. Self-explanatory.It is adjustable both height-wise and length-wise. The stool has an adjustable height too!It fits my very large keyboard on it with felt pads underneath (provided).My only Critique is that there would be a way to have the keyboard not slide around when moving the stand. It doesn't slide when playing, but it CAN.
