I cannot put it together without the screws and I can’t find contact information in order to get help from the seller.There are different kinds of screws and thread patterns. Why doesn’t it come with screws? That makes no sense. Product is no good without the screws and anybody who just forces it by using any screw is changing the plastic grip which will cause it to be weak and possibly fall apart during travel because of the vibrations and cause the glass insert to break. This is no acceptable. An RV technician is just going to use whatever screws he can find which will not be good enough. An incomplete kit, is just that, incomplete. Not ok and people need to hear about this. Please do the right thing and sell the complete kit or else it’s a defective product with missing parts.

Overall to be expected, fits well and looks like decent build. Does not come with screws, you'll need #8 machine screws, my old one used #6. I used 1 1/4", others used the 1 1/2" screws. I didn't want to risk splitting the plastic so I opted for the shorter, worked well. Finished with clear caulking in the seam with the glass. Very nice and weather proof now.

The description of the product incorrectly directs number six screws. They are too small in diameter.
