I bought two of these and both did not work. The stainless steel that is between the tea leaves and the magnetic ball is too loose, therefore the tea leaves fall into the cup below. Also, when cleaning the steel ball will fall out. Also the top glass does not sit properly into the holder so it rocks a bit. I returned the first one and opted to switch them out, but the 2nd one was made the exact same. Would not recommend. It is beautiful but not functional.

Sister collects tea pots bought a lot and all good reviews but I will have to say that this one is absolutely beautiful well crafted like an heirloom I actually wanted it just because so beautiful

My wife loved this product but was disappointed when the metal ball that keeps the tea separated was missing. Such a small piece makes a big difference. Returned it and got a replacement only to find that one was also missing the ball. Didn't want to go through the process again and just bought the missing part separately.

We did not know what we were getting when we purchased this. My daughter is an avid tea drinker. It is cute well-made, and made some amazing tea.

Beautiful tea set! Made a lovely cup of tea and was fun to use. Unfortunately the top portion broke after one use so be extra careful! Looking for replacements parts now. So far looks like you have to buy the whole thing again??
