Not any dislikes really. It's exactly 94 lbs. But it's not supposed to be picked up and moved very often. I guess the only thing I don't like is how wimpy the flexible light is and the tailstock doesn't really lock solid sometimes. I check for saw dust on the cup that locks and makes sure it's clean, but it don't matter. And I've adjusted the lock nut on the cam lever assembly both directions and either way, still slides sometimes. But I just keep check every so often and make sure it's stable. No problems so far. Very very very strong motor. It'll snap a tool rest right off if a gouge hits a knot. It's no wimpy! Overall very very great lathe! I wish PSI made midi metal lathes!!

Lays arrived damaged with some minor cosmetic cracks with the plastic on the engine guard. I contacted the seller and received replacement parts within 48 hours. This is the best customer service I've ever had in regards to woodworking equipment.Lathe worked straight out of the box. I turned my first bowl within a couple of hours of it arriving. Haven't had it long enough for a full review, but wanted to leave immediate positive review just for the customer service!

It is a fine mini lathe with good speed control and smooth running. It should have a reversing switch included due to the low cost of them. I've owned it for about six months and turn about one bowl a day or less. I can stall the 3/4 hp motor if I get to aggressive with the 1/2" bowl gouge. Over all it is a good machine so far and hard to beat the price for the hp.

Received in perfect condition and 3 days ahead of schedule! Followed directions for assembly even though it basically self explanatory but the head stock lower door latch was the only thing that threw my brain for a loop😂. All in all this is a great lathe! I e been turning for a few years now and PSI has yet to let me down!

When I received this order the boxes were damaged. When I removed all of the items, I found that there were screws missing for the tool rack and the bottom cover under the motor was broken. Seems a shame to have to send this back to get some screws and a plastic cover.UPDATEI am changing my rating of this product. I contacted the seller PSI and they have been very helpful. They are sending the parts that are missing.

Thought I was buying my husband a nice gift he wanted so badly. Product came, he loved it, set it up, threw packaging away. Went to use it on the second day he had it, and the tool rack broke on the first use. So very disappointing. I feel bad for getting this for him as it was defective. Other than that he loved it. But still? Change to 5 star, Amazon and company replaced broken parts. Husband very happy

I hadn’t heard of this brand, but it had good reviews. I’ve had it three days and am extremely impressed. Easy to assemble and easy to operate. Faceplate could be bigger, but it works fine.
