Bought this bike recently and needed a filter in a hurry. This does fit in the air box with very little modification. My 04 with the K&N also needed some modification. Quality is great! Th eats runs better now and sounds better as well.

I had a K&N air filter just like this one, but a little longer. Wasn‘t sure on what model it was or if it could be safely washed with water so I specifically sought a water safe one out to get on there. It has been 3 years anyways so might as well get a new air filter. This one fit good, but is a little shorter so my water proof micro screen cover just kinda limps around it on one side or the other but overall I’m happy with it.BMW N55 Injen air intake air filter fits nice and is a green light from me. No signs of air restriction.
