Very tight fit as it should be.I adjusted valves to 006 and it still ticked but I figured out that if you adjust valves to 006 on intake and 009 on exhaust it ran flawlessly and smooth as ever. Every engine is different but that is what worked for me.

This fit well for a 2006 rancher 350. however all the tolerances ie. ring gap piston to bore are at the top of the tolerance range, they we in spec but at the top end.

After pushing in the rist pen half way., it was clear the holes were not in line at all. Also the oil ring was way over size had to file it down

I use this on a 2001 Honda rancher 350tm I didn't like the product because the piston that came with it as a complete set was the wrong one
