When I ordered it, I couldn't find any review on how well it works on carpeted stairs, as that is what I have. However, it worked well and felt very sturdy and secure when I was on the ladder.

Amazing - this was so easy to put together and use. I was a bit worried because I have a large rounded staircase, but it fit the stairs just fine and I was able to easily paint my 20 foot high walls with no problems at all. I definitely recommend this.

Great product. Assembly with a socket and wrench. Super easy. For our standard size stairs it was level. Multiple settings and heights. Felt sturdy, used a sliding step latter up into a stair well resting on the surface if this level platform. The only weird thing was it smelt like cigaret smoke, possibly the smell was trapped in there when packaged from the plant in China?

There's nothing to dislike. Even with my wider than recommended ladder ( Gorilla ), I was still able to position it perfectly and safely for work. Glad I didn't pay a crazy amount more for the fancier brand. I'd buy it again.
