It came with a well-made TRS cable of good length and it has indicator lights for when the switch is on. It is a latching (not momentary) switch. Received as stated in the description. It is quite small, so if you have scant space on your pedalboard, it’s the best option out there. Back in the day when electronic parts stores existed (think RS) I used to make them myself, but now at 70, it’s easier just to buy it because it’s just too difficult to find the parts these days! …And the you’ve got the hassle of digging out the old soldering iron, looking for appropriate solder, drilling 1/4†holes in a box and file the burrs off, wiring it up and attaching feet or Velcro to the bottom of the box….And chances are that it won’t be as small and have led’s. Heck just go buy one attach it use it and love it — it’s much easier!

This footswitch is great. It's in a very sturdy steel chassis and it came with a good quality instrument cable to patch it to the amp. That said, for $59.95 it should be gold plated. That is a ridiculous price for a metal box with two off/on switches. It's not just Amazon, or Laney (the amp manufacturer). They're all ridiculously priced. Anyway, rant over. It's a solid pedal, just not worth the price. That's why I only gave it 3 stars.

This footswitch works perfectly with my Laney Cub Supertop head and DOESN’T require power for the LEDs to work. It appears that the power is more for non-Laney amps. It’s a high-quality footswitch with a thick long cord that works perfectly. Nice feeling switches and bright LEDs. I had to turn the Boost on my amp on first before it could be switched on/off with the footswitch. When the Boost was off, the light would turn on and off, but the amp didn’t do anything. Highly recommended switch IF you have a compatible Laney. If you have another brand and can’t guarantee that the lights will work without having to plug it in, a cheaper option might be the better play.

Its a Laney FS1/FS2 and it works like it should. My issue is that it requires an AC adapter (not included) to run the status lights. Why? None of my other amps require that. I'm not plugging in and wasting electricity just to run some lights that should already be powered by the amp. Thats dumb.

Well at least it's well made. But also it's kind of odd -- I have a LC50-II and this is the recommended switch. Really I only got it to have access to reverb (for some reason the amp has no switch). But: the channel switch only works if the switch on the amp is set to clean, and when it does work the light on the pedal is on while the light on the amp is off, and vice versa. For reverb it does work, but sadly the reverb is barely noticeable. That's not the switch's fault though, could just be the way the amp is (I did buy it used).

Molto comodo funziona benissimo anche se non ho capito a che serve la presa di alimentazione visto che funziona anche senzameglio così

Der Laney FS2-Mini Fußschalter wird mit einem symmetrischen/stereo 6,3mm TRS Klinkenkabel an einem Bluguitar Amp1 Mercury Edition genutzt, um hier im "Preset Modus" auf alle 4 Kanäle + den Boost wahlweise zugreifen zu können.Das gelingt mit dem Laney einwandfrei, platzsparend und geräuschlos - und das sogar, ohne das beiliegende Stromkabel anzuschließen. Die LED-Anzeigen des Laney FS2-Mini funktionieren am o.a. Amp auch ohne separate Stromversorgung.
