My previous cooling pad recently died after many years of use. My laptop tends to run hot. After replacing both fans it has settled down and, with the new cooling pad, I am not experiencing any further heating problems. It was a great value for the money and works well.

It does what I needed. My older laptop was getting too hot. The fans are quiet and very effective. I wasn't happy with the way my laptop slid on the cooling pad so I cut some gripper shelf liner to accommodate. I also had to make a pad for it to be comfortable between the adjustable legs and my lap. Mind you, the adjustable legs are an important feature when viewing online recipes while cooking. I would have given 5 stars if there were gripper pads to keep the laptop from sliding.

Item quality and performance was as described which the office purchased 2 more for the staff and Regional Manager purchased one for their personal laptop. Five fans circulated quickly, and in minutes of being on laptop stays cool.
