These fit great in my fireplace size wise but several of them are curved making it harder to stack in a pretty set up.

Needed some decorative logs for an unused fireplace. Already had some smaller birch logs but they looked small and forlorn in that space. Added these larger logs and some flickering yellow flame lights and the effect is of a flickering firelight. That is, if you're not staring at it, then its fake as hell. But the surprising thing is as background it's amazingly effective. Even to the point where you feel the room is actually warmer. It's not, but your mind thinks so. Kind of of expensive for wood; and it is real birch. But if you can't source birch locally and it's the look your going for. Then this is it. 5 stars for ambience.

These logs make a nice decorative addition around a gas fireplace especially with Holiday Decor. They came as described and unlike many similar items, they are of a legitimate size to be thought of to be used in a fire. They came packed with a dessicant to remove any excess moisture, however the original box was a bit flimsy. The exterior box Amazon shipped it in was definitely necessary.

Large logs, as promised. Perfect color, sealed ends and cut to length. Wow, I really like these. I would buy these again.
